Tyson Cole wins James Beard Award

Austin chef Tyson Cole of Uchi/Uchiko has been awarded the James Beard Award for Best Chef: Southwest.  Cole shares the award with Las Vegas chef Saipin Chutima of Lotus of Siam Thai Restaurant.
